What I Do

My goal is to help your company or organization establish a robust diversity, equity and belonging system by implementing some or all of the following steps:

  • Establish sustainable employee resource or affinity groups

  • Engage in cross-cultural dialogues with leadership, management, and individual contributors

  • Assess how a company’s culture and leadership can reinforce white supremacy

  • Work with HR and Talent Acquisition to enact fair and inclusive policies for current and future employees

  • Facilitate discussions about how to create an engaged and inclusive workforce that feels valued.

  • Create comprehensive performance management systems to hold leaders, managers and individual contributors accountable for diversity measures and inclusive practices.

Mission

I will empower you to successfully create and sustain equitable, diverse, and accessible spaces and processes for all people to increase employee retention and engagement. By increasing emotional intelligence, accountability and self-correcting tools, we will breakdown unconscious and internalized biases to dismantle white supremacy and the dominating hegemonic system to create a just organization and world.

  1. We work together through a series of several hour-long presentations and workshops to establish a foundation for DEI best practices.

  2. We contract on a guaranteed number of hours per month of DEI consulting, or on an as-need basis.
