The success of a psychedelic journey is dependent upon the amount of preparation and integration.

  • If you’re planning to work with a more intensive plant medicine journey, such as ibogaine or ayahuasca, a more robust series of integration sessions are extremely beneficial to maximize the benefits of the journey

And once it happens, how do I make sense of it and practically apply that knowledge into my life? That is where the real magic happens afterward, during integration.

Generally, I will act as a guide supporting you through whatever comes up. Whether you want to go internal and experience your own journey, or want a safe person to process emotions with, I will work with you to center your needs in the moment.
